iOS Clash Role froze when opening chest

I was opening my Giant Chest and suddenly the game frozed.
I closed the app and opened it, only to realize the chest is gone and I did not receive the cards.
Yes, I memorized the cards I have, actually, just the rares, and there is no change in number.
From what I know Giant Chest gives a lot of rares, so I should be able to tell.
This is not the first time it happened, previously it was just a Silver Chest, so I wasn't that bothered by it.
But its a Giant Chest this time, so could you please check and get me my UNLOCKED Giant Chest back?
