Very little things can kill the prince fast but the prince kills everything in one-three hits. It's really annoying playing vs someone that only uses the prince because they are hard to beat

The skeleton army usually kills prince quickly especially if he's near the towers!

All you gotta do is bring the skeletons (1 elixir) and drop it on the prince when he gets in range of the defense towers and it takes forever for him to take them out while he is under fire from the towers.
