Hi.

it's look like your current game progress isn't connected to any google account but your google account is connected to a different game progress you started at beginning. what you can do is to make a new google account, add it in your device settings>accounts, and then open the game and connect your game to this new google account. if google button turned green and said connected, then it is good in this way your game will be linked to this new account and your account will be safe (just remember, don't forget your new google account ID and password and active 2-step verification for extra safety).

try it and let me know if it fixed your issue or not.
