Dear SuperCell,

This afternoon, I tried to play some clan battles for my clan's crownchest. (I have been the leader for this clan for about half a year.) The matchmaking system glitched and I came back to the social page in the game. There I wasn't able to anything, accept clicking the little 'i' button. I couldn't battle anymore, neither for the clan battles nor normal battles. I was frustrated by this and tried to clear the glitch myself, by leaving and re-joining the clan. It worked, but unfortunately, now I can't get the clanchest anymore.

My question is: Is this fair? It wasn't my intention to leave the clan period, but still I get punished for clearing the glitch.

I think I deserve to get the clanchest, so can please somebody help me?
