Recently, my friend's account was banned due to exploiting tournament terms and conditions. Someone reported him as he's selling tournament rank in this game, THIS IS 100% NOT CORRECT.

From early August, we - members of clan V.N Champions have hosted nearly 20 free tournament for our members and community. We created a facebook page and having thousands of followers. Most of our tournaments were hosted by account Qbum (which is my friend's account and he also is the biggest sponsor by his own pocket). All tournaments are TOTALLY FULL FILLED AND FREE.

Recently, account Qbum (Tag #YORCPYPP) was banned because someone reported him selling tournament rank. We've contacted Help ang Support many times but Supercell team keeps saying he's selling tour rank without showing any evidence.

This is a serious matter, how come Supercell banned an account who spent nearly $30,000 in this game just because someone repirted him? Can I say this is a bug?

I am here to witness that all tournaments hosted by account Qbum are free for community. We/Our clan/Our Vietnamese clash royale community will chase up till the end of this case. Unless Supercell can provide a proper evidence rather than just saying 'your account has been banned because someone reported you'.

Please dont get me wrong, I still believe that Supercell is a big company who respects and fair with all clashers.
