iOS IPad 2 crash after 20 min of playing predictably. Feels like a memory leak?

As in title. Every time I play each game gets slower and slower and just feels less responsive. Eventually things gets laggier and laggier and cards take longer to play. The screen freezes and then everything moves fast like its trying to catch up. If I keep playing I crash eventually.

At that point my iPad isn't responsive for a few min. I have to restart it to fix the problem.

Not claiming to be an expert but have done some programming in my day and it feels like a memory leak to me. Hope this helps! I love this game!! Let me know if I can provide any more details.
