General We need elder kick cooldown

You guys know the drill from CoC...

Considering one of our chatty and active members who I promoted to elder kicked 9 members to knock my #26 globally ranked clan (#3 in Canada) down to 40-something, this gets a +1 from me ;)

In the meantime, lesson learned, and I'm promoting everyone except the bottom few to elder to prevent this from happening again. (I don't want to go no elder because we need elders online to accept/reject invite only. Our minimum to join is somewhere around 1500-1700 and you guys set the highest trophy minimum to 1000, so we have to sit around all day and hit that juicy reject button. I'll post that in another thread.)

(Side note to forum moderators: I would share with the community who this clan destroyer is but you guys have a no name & shame policy, so unfortunately this guy may be a repeat offender in some other clan without any penalty to his reputation.)
