General Possible Baby Dragon Glitch..?

When I place a baby dragon in the corner of the arena when both towers are up, it moves normally, but when I take a tower down and then I place it in the opposite corner, it moves almost diagonally.

Is this what it's supposed to do, or is it a possible glitch?
