I still have not a single legendary, i been playing from soft launch, I'm lv9, over 1400 wins, and have been in royal arena for over 2 months now. I must be the unluckiest player in the game it's not like im not trying because I open 5-6 free chests a day, and 3-4 silver chest and a gold in the morning. Still nothing...
Oh and to top it all off I can't even buy one because they are only in the store if you can get to LEGENDARY ARENA, but surprise there I knew before thay even put legendaries in the shop it would be basicly only for players that already have them to buy...
So i claim the BUG is in the fact that legendaries are to exclusive. So exclusive in fact that I feel I have a better chance of winning $10,000 on a scratch off then I do of getting a legendary any time soon.

Hello, I can confirm this is not a bug. Sounds about you are as lucky as me though Start saving your Gold. In Legendary area you can buy them from the Shop. Stitch.
