General Syncing issues... Time speeding up

I started by searching the forums and couldn't believe no one else reported this? This happens to me several times a day. Timing is so crucial in this game and if you pay attention you'll see that time speed changes. It seems to happen at the 10-second mark and the start of overtime especially. I try to time my counters very precisely , but the game will actually make 3 to 5 Seconds happen in just 1 - 2 seconds and I cannot counter.

Is anyone else noticing this? It seems like the two devices are trying to sync every so often at set intervals, and if the opponents device is behind then they get times sped up. This is really throwing off the game for me and a major source of frustration with the game.
