In your magical matchmaking formulas, you put me in Arena 5 many times, and I am losing to opponents with all the arena 5 cards. Problem is, I have never gotten 1400 trophies or higher. So how in the heck am I (1) compete on a fair basis and (2) earn enough trophies to actually earn my spot in Arena 5?

Return at least those stolen trophies and if you want to return the others that I lost due to being put into the wrong arena, I will not object. Until then, no more buying gems.
