During gameplay the match jumps right to 10 elixir. When troops are dropped they don't drop but hover for a few moments then go back into deck. Elixir never spends. Clock went down as far as 60 seconds left. Come to find out when the game stabilized my opponent had been dropping troops and didn't seem to be having an issue. This happened multiple times both with wifi on and off and after closing the game out and reloading it. Game is up to date according to the App Store.
