Everything was normal until the balloon freeze moment at 2:09, where all the troops disappear, and our match was suddenly replaced with another match that has giant,hog, mega minion, Princess,

us versus a completely different clan which is Modena Blitz with 2 different players and our king tower floor texture was missing.

So we were extremely confused,I thought they were using some kind of cheat and we pressed the OK button in the end game screen to go back to clan chat.
So the clan battle replay popped up in chat, showing a match of us versus Modena Blitz clan.

Then after 2 minutes, another replay popped up, which showed a match of us versus the Chinese clan.

So after a while, we finally got to the conclusion which is we were matched with 2 clan battles at the same time.
As we can only play in one match, the game put us in the first match versus the Chinese clan, but at the same time, we were also matched with Modena Blitz in the background, which we have no access to whatsoever. To simplify it,
Chinese Clan Battle Match:
We played normally until the bug moment where the game suddenly changed our match to the Modena Blitz match that already ended 3-0. All players playing.
Modena Blitz Clan Battle Match:
Started at the same time as Chinese match, match was going on in the background.
We were not in the match and were not aware of its existence until we realized it.
Only enemy Modena Blitz players are playing, we were just doing nothing because we are in the Chinese match and not in this match.

Since we were playing in Chinese match and not in Modena Blitz match,
Modena Blitz just straight up push us and destroy our king tower.
When they destroyed our king tower, our Chinese match was suddenly changed to the Modena Blitz match with 3-0 end screen because the game will display the end game screen of the match after u win or lose, and in this case, the Modena Blitz match ended first.
So we got back into clan chat, Modena Blitz match replay popped up and the game didn't return us to the Chinese match that we were playing.
The Chinese players 3-1 us (our balloon destroyed one of their towers so we got a crown), the match replay showed that they just pushed us (we were not in the match anymore) and destroyed our king tower after we were transferred to the Modena Blitz match and we didn't return.

This is probably a rare bug but still,
we hope Supercell can fix this bug.
