Is there any way to easily drop trophies?

Currently I'm at arena 4, but it's almost impossible for me to get the crowns for the crown chest, because I Always end up with a tie, or a 1-Crown.
So I figured, what if I dropped in trophies to the lower arena's to get some easy 3 crowns (R.I.P level 2's), but it takes way to long to drop trophies, because you have to wait almost 5 min to 15 min to drop 100 trophies. (because i only lose 5-10 in arena 1-2)
Does anybody know some way to make this easier?
(Of course, a surrender button would help, but I can't use that now.)

I just want the prince I never got it and I realised I couldnt get it at arena 4.. Now Im going back to training arena.. Im only dropping 9 maxed trophies now 5 so its a pain in the ***.

Once you get past a certain arena you can still unlock any cards from any of the arenas you've already been in. So you don't need to go back to training camp to get the Prince. I don't think I got the Prince till arena 4/5

This game kind of don't make sense for me, there was a huge winning streak and then a huige losing streak, won like t400 trophie and dropped like 500. Then there is a draw streak, 7 draws out of 10 games:/ kind of hate the game sometimes so hard to get the chest and thropies
